1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant Leecheon-si shall have the Suwon District Court as to each land listed in the separate sheet 1 to 6.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff’s status is an organization comprised of residents who reside in A1 of Echeon-si.
B. At the time of the Japanese colonial rule, such as the entry in the Land Survey Division and the cadastral division, the Land Survey Division in the Land Survey Division with respect to “B forest Ari-gun, Ycheon-gun,” which was prepared by the Korean Dogdog General Department in accordance with the Decree on Land Survey (amended by Presidential Decree No. 2, Aug. 13, 1912), stated “B forest A-gun, 433 square meters,” “C forest 5,684 square meters,” and “D forest 428 square meters” in the column of the report or notification date as to “45 years of 45 years of 1912 (1912),” and the owner’s “A Ri” and “E Dong” in the column of the name or title of the owner.
In addition, the Land Survey Board concerning the “Fri-gun, Leecheon-gun” includes “496 G forest 496 square meters” on the date of report or notification, “45 years (1912)” on the “45 years (1912) and “Ari-Ri” on the name or title column of the owner’s column, and the characters containing “Edong” are written on the “E Dong” column.
Afterwards, through cadastral division, administrative district name change, land category change, and area-unit conversion procedure, etc., “Ycheon-gun B forest No. 433” means the land listed in the annexed Table Nos. 1 and 2 (the annexed list of land referred to as “No. 1 land” and “No. 2 land, etc.”; “Ycheon-gun C Forest No. 5,684 square” means the land listed in the annexed Table No. 3 and 6; “Ycheon-gun D Forest No. 428 square” means the land listed in the annexed Table No. 1 and 7; and “Ycheon-gun G Forest No. 496 square meters” means the land listed in the annexed Table No. 8 (the “F land in this case”; and the “No. 5,684 square meters” collectively referred to as the “each land in this case”).
C. On September 4, 1963 regarding the land of this case No. 1 through 6, and on the land of this case No. 7, the registration of preservation of ownership was made on December 1, 1969, and on the land of this case No. 1 through 6, the registration of preservation of ownership was made on June 30, 1956.
