1. The original occupational disease management foundation and Defendant E, the Defendant Incorporated Foundation, jointly with the Plaintiff A, KRW 13,571,428, and the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. H (I) was in the house with family members, and was in the same month or more at the half-side bank of K in the Eastern branch located in the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan CityJ.
B. On August 8, 2014, H 119 first-aid vehicles called up with K’s report and arrived at the emergency room of the Green Hospital located in Jung-gu, Seoul Central District, 568-1, which was operated by the Seoul Central District Foundation (hereinafter “Defendant Foundation”) around 04:15.
At this time, K was accompanied.
The blood pressure of H measured by the 119 first responder was 110/80mhg, 72 times/minin for beer and 38 degrees for beer.
In an emergency room, Defendant G, who worked in the nurse’s office, tried to have a physical strength, and H had a toilet suffering from five minutes of a toilet. At that time, Defendant E entered an emergency room and Defendant E called the issue of receipt of medical care. C. Defendant E: (a) had a duty of care to promptly verify the identity of H; (b) undergo the process of receipt; and (c) determined that H was not an emergency situation despite having a duty of care to provide guidance to an emergency room; and (b) on June 25, 2014, H voluntarily selected the amount of KRW 17,00,00 for himself/herself, and had a record of returning to his/her home, for the reason that he/she had a record of failing to pay for, and failing to, the medical expenses and returning to, the amount of KRW 17,00 for himself/herself (as of June 25, 2015, at the time of internal application). (c) revoked the receipt of an emergency room for the completed H; (d) paid KRW 17,000 to the unpaid H; and (e) refused to receive the medical examination and treatment by contact with his/her children until he/she is present.
K puts on several calls to H, but the call was not made. D.
H shall enter the emergency room of a green hospital and have been seated therein, and shall be from the employees of a green hospital.
