1. In collusion with pro-friendly I (U.S.A., the Defendant: (a) manufactured in a factory located in China; (b) manufactured in a large warehouse of approximately 100 square meters on the surface of the sea in which a label of Bluor was affixed, such as a fluor; (c) removed the labels of the clothing from the large warehouse of approximately 100 square meters on the surface of the sea; and (d) kept the trademark in the shape of “Bluor” (No. 0932759) such as the trademark of the owner of the trademark (registration No. 0932759) by using the trademark program of the computer; and (d) kept the trademark affixed by attaching the fluort "bluort" by attaching the fluor label to the fluor B, if separate is obtained, by means of attaching the fluort labels to the fluor B.

From December 6, 2014 to March 30, 2015, the Defendant, along with I, manufactured and sold an amount equivalent to KRW 2478,221,00,00 in total of the market price of 10,450 of the clothing with a forged trademark attached over 413 times in the lower-si P number omitted in Gyeonggi-do, as described in the attached crime list (1), from around 6, 2014 to 413 times, and at the same time, used the trademark in the above manner as above, in the boomk, bark (2) of the attached crime list (2) kept in the warehouse, etc. around April 3, 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with I, infringed trademark rights of trademark right holders.

2. Defendant B is a selling company of miscellaneous products with the trade name called R (Gu and S) from Busan Jin-gu Q (Gu).
