Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 13, 2010, at around 20:30, the Defendant driven a wing-in vehicle with a blood alcohol content of about 10km from the front of the school road located in the Gondo-dong-si, which was around 20:30 on June 13, 2010 to the front day of the Yandong-dong, which is located in the same workplace of crew members.
