Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a representative director of the company E company, who is a household lead and electricity store manufacturing company located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City D, and is in charge of overall affairs.

No business operator or any person who operates prevention facilities shall install facilities capable of discharging water pollutants that flow into prevention facilities without passing through the final discharge outlet.

Nevertheless, at around 13:30 on January 26, 2015, the Defendant had a oil pipeline (2.85m in length and 12m in diameter) connected to a water tank with a view to treating wastewater from the de-use of the floor of the wastewater treatment plant at the above site, and installed facilities that can discharge sewage without permission without going through the final discharge outlet.
