A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased D QM6 passenger cars from D QM6 agencies located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) agreed to borrow 32,750,000 won per month from Korea Social Services Korea Co., Ltd. to pay 654,036 won every month for 60 months; and (c) agreed to pay 16,400,000 won per annum to Korea Co., Ltd., Ltd. for the said debt as security on November 14, 2016; and (d) set up a mortgage on the said passenger car at the F Office located in Yong-gu, Yong-si; and (e) agreed to receive 5,750,000 won loans as security from the victim DM6 passenger cars to pay 00,000 won per annum 27,000,0000 interest and interest on the said car; and (e) agreed to pay 00,000 won per annum 20,27.

After March 2018, the Defendant borrowed KRW 3,500,000 from the employees of the company that was aware of through the Internet site at the above F Office on March 2018, the Defendant was unable to deliver the said car for the purpose of security and secure its location.

Accordingly, the defendant concealed the passenger car which was the object of the victims' rights and interfered with the victims' exercise of rights.
