1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 20,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from May 9, 2019 to the date of complete payment.

1. Occurrence of liability for damages;

In light of all the circumstances indicated in the records of this case, including the scope of liability for damages and the amount of consolation money, the period of marriage between the Plaintiff and C, the content, period and degree of fraudulent act between the Defendant and C, the impact of the fraudulent act on the Plaintiff’s married life, and the progress after the fraudulent act, it is reasonable to determine the amount of consolation money to be paid to the Plaintiff by the Defendant as KRW 20,000

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the consolation money of KRW 20,000,00 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from May 9, 2019 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case.
