Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

B A is a person who operates a private taxi, and Defendant A is a person who operates a D taxi belonging to “TTA” as an infant of Defendant B.

Defendants conspired to commit the following crimes.

1. Defendant B, on September 24, 2012, committed the act of September 24, 2012, when driving a private taxi (C) on the street from the city of Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, the Defendant reported a false accident to the victim Hanyang Damage Insurance Co., Ltd. as if he had contacted the back part of Defendant B’s vehicle (C) in front of the signal signal while driving a private taxi (C) on the street from the city of Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, 2012. However, Defendant B, on September 25, 2012, filed a false accident report to the victim as if he had contacted the back part of the Defendant B’s vehicle (C) in front of the signal signal, thereby allowing the victim to pay KRW 703,500 under the name of the large-scale repair agreement, and acquired KRW 1,359,000 in total to Defendant B and Defendant B as the large-scale repair expense.

2. Defendant B, on December 30, 2012, committed a separate accident on December 30, 2012, which occurred while driving a private taxi (C) in the vicinity of the Yongsan-dong department store in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu. Defendant B, upon contact with Defendant B, was involved in an accident and was in a separate accident that shoots the street number of Defendant A, who was at the scene of the accident, even though the said victim was involved in an accident, the said victim’s F (New EFI) contacted the Plaintiff on December 30, 2013 under the name of 0:01:00 one lane from the said two lanes to the one lane, and then, Defendant B provided the Plaintiff with KRW 10,000,000 on the aggregate of 0,000 and KRW 15,05,000,000 on December 30, 201.
