1. The defendant shall accept, on April 23, 1998, the Gwangju District Court Muan District Court with respect to the land size of 816 square meters in Jeonan-gun, Jeonan-gun.

1. The Plaintiff, while borrowing money from D, set up a collateral with respect to the real estate as indicated in Paragraph (1) of this Article and 1517 square meters in order to secure it. The Plaintiff, upon the public sale of the said E’s real estate, set up a collateral with respect to the maximum debt amount of KRW 15 million. After the cancellation of the collateral on June 28, 2005, the Defendant completed the registration of transfer of the said collateral on the real estate as indicated in Paragraph (1) of this Article on the ground of the transfer of confirmed claim on June 28, 2005. Since the secured debt of the said collateral has expired by prescription,
