At around 22:15 on October 28, 2013, the Defendant posted the victim’s photograph under the title “E” on the Dgallon bulletin board of the Internet Csite “E” by using the “E” as an clinic, and continuously posted the victim’s photograph on the same day at around 22:24 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.
