Defendant

D and A shall be punished by each fine of KRW 1,000,000, and Defendant B and C shall be punished by each fine of KRW 3,000,000.

The Defendants are the defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant D is a person who runs a lodging business with the trade name “G” in Gangseo-si, Gangnam-si.

On September 2, 2014, at around 20:37, the Defendant: (a) had a male on his/her name engage in sexual traffic with H as a female on his/her name; (b) received KRW 30,000 from the said male as a substitute fee; and (c) received KRW 18,000 from the said male, the Defendant engaged in arranging sexual traffic for a total of 17 times from September 2, 2014 to September 24, 2014 by paying the remainder of KRW 12,00 as the sexual traffic price to the said H, and bringing the Defendant a balance of KRW 12,000.

2. Defendant A is a person who runs a lodging business with the trade name “J” in Gangnam-si I.

On September 1, 2014, the Defendant, at the above J around 01:05, had a man under his/her name engage in sexual traffic with H as a woman of sexual traffic, and received 30,000 won from the above male under his/her name as a substitute fee, and 18,000 won out of which was paid to the above H as the price for sexual traffic, and brought the remainder of 12,000 won from September 1, 201 to September 14, 2014, the Defendant engaged in the act of arranging sexual traffic over 12 times in total, as described in the attached list of crimes (J) in the same manner.

3. Defendant B is a person who runs a lodging business with the trade name “L” in Gangseo-si K.

At around 00:40 on September 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) had a male on his/her name engage in sexual traffic with H, a female on his/her name, and (b) received 30,000 won from the said male as a substitute fee, and (c) had the said male paid the said H as the price for sexual traffic, and brought the remainder of 12,000 won to the Defendant, thereby engaging in arranging sexual traffic for a total of six times from September 1, 2014 to September 14, 2014 in the same manner, as described in the attached Table of Crimes (L).

4. Defendant C is a person who runs a lodging business with the trade name “N” in Gangseo-si M.
