G is a person using Twitter Account “M”, Defendant H is a person using Twitter Account “N”, Defendant B is a person using Twitter Account “O”, Defendant E is a person using Twitter Account “P”, Defendant A is a person using Twitter Account “P”, Defendant C is a person using Twitter Account “R”, Defendant C is a person using Twitter Account “S”, Defendant F is a person using Twitter Account “S”, and Defendant D is a person using Twitter Account “T”.
Since around 2008, the above Defendants damaged the honor of victims by openly pointing out false facts about victims V and W in the Twitter with respect to the so-called “mar-called sexually connected video images,” which had been taken by the constructor against the former and present high-ranking and social well-being personnel at a specific site located in Gangwon-do.
1. At around 22:07 on March 24, 2013, Defendant G damaged the reputation of the above V and W by posting a false statement of “Y’s sexual intercourse video appearing: Z, AA, AB, V, AC, AD loan, AE, AE, the Director General of the Board of Audit and Inspection at the Board of Audit and Inspection at the AF, AG AH Hospital president, W (AH AI husband), and the Director General of the Friwon, the Director General of the Friwon, by posting a false statement of “Y’s sexual intercourse video appearing: Z, AB, V, AC loan, AD loan, AE, AE, and the Director General of the Friwon,” in his Twitter’s upper part of the Twitter user who used smartphones at his own dwelling (M).
2.
