1. Defendant A Co., Ltd. shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 373,430,389 as well as its annual period from September 1, 2016 to May 3, 2018.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff and the Defendant A’s goods transaction relationship 1) The Plaintiff totaled KRW 1,732,79,769 (including value-added tax; hereinafter the same shall apply) to Defendant A from May 2014 to June 2016.
(2) As the amount of unpaid goods increases, the Plaintiff provided goods to Defendant A only to the extent that the amount of unpaid goods does not exceed KRW 400 million, as the monthly amount of goods was calculated on a monthly basis, Defendant A paid the amount of goods to the Plaintiff up to the next month.
