A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BP car.

1. As above, the Defendant, while driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol that is difficult to drive in a normal condition, suffered injury, such as a cryp sect, etc., which requires approximately 6 weeks of medical treatment from the said victim E (the age of 73) who was on board the said cargo, such as a cryp sect, etc., which requires approximately 4 weeks of medical treatment from the said victim F (the age of 83), and suffered injury to the said victim E (the age of 62) such as a cyp sect, etc., which requires approximately 10 weeks of medical treatment from the said victim.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) driven the said B liquid vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.105% at a section of about 85 km from the Southern-gu funeral parking lot in Gwangju-gu to the roads near the Honam-gu in Jeonjin-gu in Jeondong-si in Jeondong-si.
