When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 29, 2017, around 12:04, the Defendant assaulted the part of the victim's shoulder on one occasion by drinking, while entering into a dispute over the issue of monthly deposit with the victim D(W, 29 years of age) around his/her residence in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
