The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment’s appeal in light of the evidence duly admitted, the lower court was justifiable to have found the Defendant guilty of the charge of fraud against the victim X andY on the grounds stated in its reasoning, and there was no error by misapprehending the bounds of free conviction doctrine in violation of logical and empirical rules.

2. Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment’s appeal in light of the records, including the evidence duly admitted, the lower court is justifiable to have rendered a not-guilty verdict of the charge of fraud against C on the grounds of the facts and circumstances stated in its reasoning, and there was no error by exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
