Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in driving C with a driver’s license for a passenger vehicle.

On February 15, 2013, at around 10:05, the Defendant driven the said vehicle without a driver’s license, from the top of the area where the Jin Changwon-gun was located to the front of 202 km (Gneungung-do) in the Jinwon-gun.
