Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of BM5 taxis.

On December 14, 2013, around 23:15, the Defendant proceeded directly with the three-lanes of the 440-lanes in front of the Mali-si, Mali-si, Mali-si, Mali-si, Mali-si, Mali-si, and continued to turn to the left at the front of the first apartment at the intersection.
