Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving buses C.
On April 24, 2016, the Defendant driven a bus around 08:25, and made the left turn to the left in the direction of the notice of the “E” on the front of the “E” road located in the Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
