The appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined.
The number of self-denunciation under Article 52 (1) of the Criminal Code is merely a reason for voluntary reduction of punishment, and thus, it cannot be deemed unlawful on the ground that the court below did not recognize the fact of self-denunciation of the defendant or did not legally reduce or exempt the punishment
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
