Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On March 21, 2014, the Defendant, at the Seoul Central District Court, sentenced the Defendant to six years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence), and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ganbuk Vocational Training Prison on January 9, 2019.

【Criminal Facts】

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant dealt with psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”).

1. On March 30, 2019, the Defendant: (a) transferred the sum of KRW 1,900,000,000 to E (i.e., a sales book for friendship D and the Defendant’s money) prior to the C Bank ordinary point of the C Bank located in Gangnam-gu Seoul on the same day; (b) transferred approximately 10g of the C Bank from said E to the adjacent bus terminal in Gangnam-gu Seoul on the same day; and (c) received approximately 10g of the C Bank from said E on the said place; and (d) took part in the said D.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with the above D to sell and purchase phiphones.

2. Receipt of Handphones;

A. On March 10, 2020, the Defendant received a single-use injection device free of charge from G which contains approximately 0.15g philopon in the F and the first floor toilets from the rophone G around 0.15g.

B. Around May 3, 2020, the Defendant received a single-use injection device from the above G, which contains approximately 0.15 g of philopon, from the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu Hel.

Accordingly, the defendant received philophones over two times.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. A. On February 22, 2020, the Defendant, around February 22, 2020, inserted 1 ambrophones into 2 single-use ambrophones, 0.05 grophones, dambling water into ambrogates J for female-friendly job offers, and then injected into her arms.

B. On February 23, 2020, the Defendant, together with the above J, injected approximately 0.05 g of philopon in each of the following ways: (a) around February 23, 2020.

C. On March 2020, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.15g of philophone into a single-use injection machine; and (b) injected into the arms with water from the Defendant’s house toilets located in K and L on March 2020.
