The appeal is dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

For the reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court acquitted the Defendant on the ground that each of the facts charged in the instant case constituted a case without proof of crime.

In light of the relevant legal principles and records, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal principles on the criminal intent to acquire fraud, the crime of interference with duties, and the constructive acceptance in the crime of forging private documents, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
