A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and a fine of KRW 100,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On September 6, 2016, from around 07:18 to around 13:00 the same day, the Defendant: (a) demanded the victim to provide alcohol to the victim; (b) stated that the victim would be able to ask for alcohol to the victim; and (c) stated that “The year during which the house was held in Korea; (d) the number of years during which it was held in Korea; and (e) the number of years during which it was held in Korea; and (e) the victim who purchased it was reported to the police in front of the above convenience store; and (e) reported the purchase so that the victim reported it to the police station, “The first reported it to the police officer; and (e) the victim was going back to the inside and outside of the convenience store; and (e) the victim and the customer were able to talk to the victim and the customer; and (e) thereby obstructing the victim’s business convenience for five hours during the said convenience store.
Around 07:00 on August 6, 2016, the Defendant 2016-Ma1807 interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force for about 1 hour and 30 minutes by putting a horse on an employee of the said restaurant, continuing to walk a horse, making a table on the cafeteria, and preventing him/her from going to the said restaurant, by putting him/her a walk, or entering the cafeteria for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

1. Around 20:00 on July 18, 2016, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) committed so that he/she scam and scams against customers, who were in the seat next to the K cafeteria operated by the J in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu I, by drinking.
The Defendant, like this, had a very rough and disorderly speech or behavior in a restaurant, and had the surrounding person slickly slick, and had the other person under the influence of alcohol without any justifiable reason.
2. The Defendant’s obstruction of performance of official duties on the street above the date and time set forth in the preceding paragraph, at the street above the K, shall avoid the disturbance within the restaurant as above.
