A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused before the risk) is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On April 3, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.163% in blood at around 00:20 on April 3, 2016, and driven the front of the airfield shooting distance in the Sejong-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, along the parallel point from the edge of the terminal.
