Punishment of the crime

C The representative of “D” factory, the Defendant is the external third village of C, the wife of C, and the spouse of C.

C There was a fact that the Defendant borrowed approximately KRW 70 million from G in connection with the operation of the D factory, and when the Defendant sought a method to continue to borrow money from G, there is a loan certificate and a real estate lease agreement if he continues to borrow money from the Defendant.

Therefore, one of the real estate lease contracts is forged, and the latter is responsible for the inside of the contract.

Recognizing the word “”, he had the intention to further borrow KRW 30 million from G by forging a real estate lease agreement in the name of “E” and forging it.

On December 3, 2013, C prepared without authority for the purpose of exercising at the office of “D” operated by Hanam-si, Hanam-si, Hanam-si without authority, and affixed the seal of E prepared in advance to the paper of the real estate lease agreement, “The 110-dong, 704,000,000 won of I apartment, 70,000 won of the deposit, the duration from June 5, 2009 to June 4, 2011,” the lessor’s address “JAPT 102 Dong, 1201, 110-dong, 704,00,000,000 won of I apartment, Hanam-si, Gyeonggi-do, and the lessee’s address,” and affixed the seal of E prepared in advance to the name of E.
