On June 30, 2013, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license around 22:40 minutes, driven the car at approximately 1 Km section in front of the former Yacheon-dong, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, with no car driver’s license on June 30, 2013.
