The judgment of the court below is reversed.

A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal by the defendant;

A. Fact-finding and misapprehension of legal principles that the defendant received money from the victim F in the original judgment, but the victim did not borrow money from the victim, but invested money in order to receive a high interest rate from the defendant.
