B On July 18, 2008, a person who was appointed as the representative director of the FF (the Mutual Change to G on March 27, 2009, and the closure of business on December 31, 2010) of the Seoul District Court on January 28, 201 and was sentenced to three years and six months to the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Embezzlement) in the Jung District Court on July 14, 201, and the decision became final and conclusive on July 14, 201, the defendant A was a person who was appointed as the representative director of FF on January 7, 2009, the defendant A was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor from Seoul High Court on September 22, 201 to the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Embezzlement) and was sentenced to the suspended sentence on March 29, 2012 to the Punishment of Tax Evaders Act on August 22, 2014.
1. Defendant B’s sole criminal conduct
A. The Defendant submitted a false statement to the buyer by buyer on January 1, 2009 (from January 1, 2009 to March 31, 2009), around April 25, 2009, to the head of the Seocho District Tax Office in Seoul, for the submission of the buyer by buyer on January 1, 2009 (from January 1, 2009 to March 31, 2009) without supplying goods or services, the Defendant submitted a separate list 2, trade name H, 31, 624, 40, “3, 3, 3, 3, 17, 17, 366, 80, 40, 307, 36, 407, 205, 307, 407, 205, 307, 204, 204, 307, 407, 305, 294, 201.”
B. The Defendant, who entered the list of total tax invoices in January 2009 (from January 1, 2009 to March 31, 2009), submitted the list of total tax invoices to the head of Seocho-gu Seoul District Tax Office on April 25, 2009 (from January 1, 2009 to March 31, 2009), submitted the list of total tax invoices to the head of Seocho-gu District Tax Office on January 2009 (from January 1, 2009 to March 31, 209).
