1. Of the instant lawsuit, the part of the claim against the administrator A of the Defendant’s Rehabilitation Obligors Construction Corporation.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Korea National Housing Corporation has newly built 101, 102, 102, 103, 109, 111, 671 households, Dong-dong 154, Dong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City (hereinafter “instant apartment”) among its 101, Dong-dong 27, Dong-dong 271.
A) On April 15, 2003, a pre-use inspection was conducted, and around that time leased a long-term lease housing, and on July 1, 2008, the Plaintiff was a project proprietor who sold the housing in lots. (2) On October 1, 2009, the Plaintiff comprehensively succeeded to the property, claims, and other rights and obligations of the Korea National Housing Corporation (established by Act No. 9706, May 22, 2009) to the Korea National Housing Corporation and a public corporation established following the merger of the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (established by Act No. 9706, May 22, 2009) pursuant

(4) Of the instant construction works, the construction works for the instant Section 1 are the joint and several sureties of the Korea New and New Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Korea New and New Construction Co., Ltd.”) is a contractor who has been awarded a contract for the construction works for the two sections (the instant Section 2 building works) (hereinafter referred to as the “construction works for the instant Section 2”) among the instant construction works, and the construction works for the Song Village Comprehensive Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the construction works for Song Village Co., Ltd.”) are the joint and several sureties for the instant Section 2 construction works.
