1. As to the share 34.32/1425.7 out of the unit D 1426.7 square meters in Ansan-si, Ansan-si:

(a) Defendant Korea Water Resources Corporation.

1. Determination as to the claim against Defendant B, Inc., Ltd. and C

(a) Indication of claims: To be as shown in the annexed sheet of grounds for claims;

(b) Judgment made by deeming each confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act);

2. The facts in the attached Form No. 1 for the judgment on the claim against the Defendant Korea Water Resources Corporation and the facts that the ownership of the site on the above land under subparagraph 305 is 34.32/1425.7 square meters among the above-mentioned ground buildings of No. 1426.7 square meters in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and the fact that the ownership of the site on the above land is 34.32/1425.7 may not be disputed

Therefore, Defendant Korea Water Resources Corporation has a duty to implement the procedures for ownership transfer registration on November 25, 2002 with respect to the share of 34.32/1425.7 square meters among the share of 1426.7 square meters in Ansan-si 1426.7 square meters to Defendant B.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
