The costs of appeal shall be borne by the plaintiff.

While examining both the original judgment and the reasoning of the final appeal and the records of this case, the grounds for final appeal by the appellant are examined. However, since the grounds for final appeal by the appellant are not included in the grounds stipulated in each subparagraph of Article 4(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Procedure for Appeal, or it is recognized that there are no grounds for final appeal, all appeals shall be dismissed pursuant to Article 5 of the same Act, and it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
