1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is a licensed real estate agent who runs the authorized brokerage business with the trade name “D real estate” from the window C and the first floor of Changwon-si, and the Plaintiff’s wife E served as a brokerage assistant at the Defendant’s office around 2017.

On the other hand, on October 16, 2017, the I Association (hereinafter “I Association”) rendered a provisional attachment decision of Busan District Court 2017Kadan100922 on the same day with respect to the land in this case.
