A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 11, 2013, from around 23:50 to around 02:00 on December 12, 2013, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim D (the age of 40) who was born within the Defendant’s residence, which was located in the 307 East-gun C apartment 307 Dong 502, and located in the lower court, on the ground that the victim D (the age of 40) was not prone with other male and French, making the victim’s face, etc. unfolded by drinking, and caused the victim’s injury, such as taking care of the victim’s bridge, etc. as it was a dangerous object, by taking care of the victim’s bridge, etc. as it is possible to do so.

On June 12, 2013, from around 18:30 to 18:50 minutes, the Defendant: (a) committed an injury to the victim, i.e., taking the victim’s D (n, 40 years of age) from the above place; (b) as described in paragraph (1), by drinking booms together with the victim; (c) but (d) the victim refused it; (b) the victim’s face and hot body were boomed to the victim; and (d) the victim’s face and hot body were blicked to the victim, and caused the victim to blick the victim
