A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 30, 2014, the Defendant, who became a member of the Victim Company B and was employed as an employee, and was placed in custody for the victim company by using Haddboard Hadboard Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., (hereinafter “B”), from June 30, 2016 to June 15:00 of the same day, the Defendant embezzled 58,000 won of the market price of the victim company, which was owned by the victim company, after the Defendant retired from office, with one external Hdboard disc (e.g., 500) equivalent to 58,00 won of the market price of the victim company.

Summary of Evidence

1. Entry of a defendant in part in the protocol of second public trial;

1. Statement made by C by the witness among the six-time public trial records;

1. Determination as to the assertion of the defendant and his/her defense counsel regarding the protocol of seizure, list of seizure, investigation report (damage photographs)

After becoming a member of the victim company, the Defendant used the outer hard disc of this case with C, the president, and then used the outer hard disc of this case, which resulted in the Defendant’s personal use of the outer hard disc of this case, and C did not point out it or take measures to bring the external hard disc of this case.

In light of these circumstances, C is not guilty, since C donated the Defendant with the external hard disks of this case.

2. In full view of the following facts and circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly admitted and investigated by this court, the above assertion is without merit, since the facts charged are fully recognized:

① After joining the Defendant, C had the Defendant used the outer hard disks used by the immediately preceding employee for business purposes (influor and storage).

② On the outer hard disks of this case, a disaster prevention report related to the business of the company, documents containing the contents of its products, etc. were stored.
