1. Around January 2009, the Defendant said, at the first floor E office of the D Building in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around January 2009, that “a good land has come out. The Defendant may purchase the Plaintiff F and her husband G at KRW 115 million of Gangseo-gu Hongcheon-gun H, Gangwon-gu for purchase at KRW 100 million, making soup or making soup on this land, and then the Defendant is entitled to receive KRW 200 million or more at the time of transfer of the registration.”

However, the Defendant, as the owner of the above forest, agreed to purchase approximately KRW 60,00,00 from I and J, but did not notify the victim of the remaining purchase price under the pretext of development expenses. Although the above forest is a military facility protection area that is not located less than 230 meters away from the ammunition with explosives, development activities were not possible at all, the Defendant did not notify the victim of the development activities. Despite the well-known knowledge that it was a military facility protection area, the Defendant was confirmed only as to whether it is possible to convert the forest into a nearby surveying and designing office, and did not know of whether to grant permission for military facilities. Therefore, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to implement the above commitments.

Nevertheless, the Defendant deceiving the victim as above and received KRW 115 million from the victim as the purchase price around January 30, 2009.

2. The Defendant, around April 2009, has a good land at the first floor E office of the D Building in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around April 2009, with the victim F and her husband G.

The access road to the land is a river site, but the additional payment of KRW 10 million is made at the fee and the road work cost, the access road problem will be resolved immediately.

In this land, a pent or recuperation can be used and a penture complex will be developed in the vicinity.
