Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is the representative of LG Plus D, Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, LG Plus F, and LG Plus H on the first floor in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Building E, Songpa-gu G, and 1st floor, who runs mobile phone wholesale and retail business by using five regular workers.
1. When a worker dies or retires, the employer of the violation of money or valuables shall pay him/her wages, compensations, or other money or valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred;
From November 23, 2013 to December 31, 2013, the Defendant is in charge of the sales of mobile phones, etc. at the same place of business.
Wages 1,642,680 won of the retired I was not paid within 14 days from the date on which the cause for payment occurred without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.
2. Working hours of a person aged between 15 and under 18 in violation of working hours shall not exceed seven hours per day and forty hours per week;

3. An employer who violates the working conditions in writing shall, when he/she enters into a labor contract with a person under 18 years of age, clearly state in writing such working conditions as wages, contractual work hours, holidays, and annual paid leave;
On November 23, 2013, the Defendant concluded a labor contract with I (17 years of age) at the said workplace on November 23, 2013, and did not clearly state in writing working conditions, such as wages, contractual hours, holidays, and annual paid leave.
