1. The Defendants’ status and method of committing the crime are the actual managers who manage the said company as the president of the so-called “real estate company” (state) Z (former AA) that mediates the sale of real estate and solicits investment.

B is the president of the above company who is the president of A and is in the position of overall control over administration and planning affairs as the president of the above company, and is the representative director of AB who is in the relationship with the above company, and the defendant C is also the representative director of the above company as the president and the person in general control over forest purchase affairs as the representative director of the above

D As a vice president, a person who is in charge of the recruitment and management of a business employee, a vice president, and a person who is in charge of the management of a telecom, and Defendant E is a person who is in charge of the tech education and the brhing of forests and fields to be sold, and is a person who is in charge of the tech education and the brhing of forest products.
