1. 모욕 피고인은 2016. 8. 7. 10:15경 제주시 B에 있는 C펜션 1층 로비에서, ‘남녀가 싸우다가 여자가 병조각에 발을 다쳤다’는 내용의 112신고를 받고 출동한 제주서부경찰서 D지구대 소속 순경 E이 피고인에게 피고인의 동거녀가 발을 다치게 된 경위에 관하여 질문하자 화가 난다는 이유로, 위 펜션 업주 부부가 보고 있는 가운데 피해자인 위 E에게 "씨발, 좆같은 소리 하지 말고, 씹새끼들아, 짭새 새끼야."라고 욕하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

2. At around 11:05 on August 7, 2016, the Defendant obstructed a police officer’s legitimate performance of official duties, who is undergoing subsequent procedures related to the arrest of flagrant offenders, by taking the judgment against the victim at the right edge without any reason, in the Jeju Western Police Station D District, which is located in the Jeju Western Police Station, on the ground that the above E was arrested for the reasons stated in paragraph (1).
