A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant will pay 13 million won to the applicant C the amount of money obtained by deceit.

"2016 Highest 1027"

1. On September 14, 2015, the Defendant, at the office located in F on September 14, 2015, received government-funded construction work from the victim G. However, if the Defendant borrowed the purchase cost of construction materials, he/she shall receive the construction cost and make reimbursement within 15 days, and then, he/she shall receive the said damage from the said victim on September 17, 2015, KRW 15 million under the same name as the loan, KRW 15 million on the same day, and KRW 7 million under the same name as the same day on September 24, 201, respectively.

2. On May 23, 2016, the Defendant entered into a contract with the said victim to enter into a contract for the construction of a new house with the said victim to KRW 26 million without the victim’s intent or ability to perform the construction work in his/her residence, and around May 23, 2016, KRW 220,000 as the down payment on May 23, 2016, and the same year.

7.3. Around the same day, 80,000 won was wired by each remittance under the same name as around the 16th day of the same month.

On July 15, 2016, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant will complete the logistics warehouse construction work by the end of August 2016, 2016, at the victim C’s office located in Crossing-gun-gun,” which reads that “the said victim will complete the logistics warehouse construction work by the end of August 2016,” and that its affiliation is KRW 3 million from the said victim as the down payment around July 27, 2016; and

8.9. Along with the same name, the defrauded received each remittance of KRW 10 million.

"2017 Highest 120 "

1. On May 2014, the Defendant involved in the pentan steel framed Corporation made a false statement to the effect that “The victim L will complete steel framed construction works on the 4 roads of Gangseo-gun, Gangwon-si, Gangwon-do, with the construction cost received from the owner of the building and pay the construction cost of KRW 120 million to the construction cost,” and that the victim shall complete the steel framed construction works on the 4 roads of the said pentan from around that time to around August 2014, and the said victim did not pay the construction cost of KRW 120 million to the said 4 Dongs.
