1. The judgment of the court of first instance is modified as follows.
Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) B and Plaintiff C, the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff).
Reasons
The principal lawsuit and counterclaim shall be judged together.
1. Basic facts
A. The status of the parties 1) Plaintiff A is a company established for the purpose of manufacturing and selling boilers, etc. on January 23, 2013, and producing wood pellets, etc., Plaintiff B is the representative director of Plaintiff A, Plaintiff C is the vice president of Plaintiff A. 2) Defendant D is a company established for the purpose of industrial boiler (romoer), manufacturing and selling boilers, etc. from March 28, 2014 to March 12, 2014. Defendant E is a company established for the purpose of manufacturing and selling plastic products from January 14, 2013 to March 12, 2014, and was working for Plaintiff A, and established for Defendant D’s representative director from March 28, 2014 to July 14, 2015. Defendant F is a company established for the purpose of manufacturing and selling plastic products from the building type to the manufacturing and selling business of the building, etc.
B.
