Punishment of the crime

On September 13, 2015, at around 09:30, the Defendant driven a cargo vehicle B 4.5 tons of freight at a section of about 2.5 km from the night cafeteria to the front road of the Central Highway, from the night cafeteria, located in the Henju City, to the front road of the Central Highway.
