Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to convert a mountainous district shall obtain permission from the Administrator of the Korea Forest Service, for a specified purpose.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining the above permission, set up one cemetery in the state-owned forest C, Youngnam Cancer-gun around September 2013, and diverted the use of mountainous districts.
