Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 3, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.203% of blood alcohol concentration on a 22:25th day of June 3, 2014, and was driving a B-to-purd car from the front side of the Gyeongnam Kim-si to the front side of the current graduate school located in the mother of the ideology-gu in Busan.
