A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant committed the following crimes in a state that the defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to the on-site illness:

"2017 Highest 2161"

1. On December 31, 2016, at around 17:50, the Defendant was notified of the fact that the Defendant had been identified as fine multiple times as a result of inquiry of the Defendant’s identity on the background leading to the Seoul Dongjak Police Station C District, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report from 112 on the fact that the Defendant was suffering from disturbance at the 21st National Supplementary Party located in Dongjak-gu Seoul, Dongjak-gu, Seoul.

Defendant 1 revealed that the above D had shown the content of the Defendant’s water supply to PDA and notified the MDD itself.

Posing the floor of the PDA in his hand and cutting down the floor of the D, and assaulting the part of the D's bridge belonging to the police officer belonging to the same Posing zone, who was on the side of the Posing route, once by drinking.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of official duties by police officers concerning 112 reporting management affairs.

2. On December 31, 2016, the Defendant who damaged public documents was arrested as a current offender under suspicion of interference with the performance of official duties under paragraph (1) of the above provision, and arrived at the office of the Seoul Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Police Station C District History Division in Dongjak-gu, Seoul.

When the Defendant was required to sign a written confirmation of the body of the arrested and detained suspect E at the above location, and he was required to obtain a signature from the above E, the Defendant’s physical confirmation of the arrested and detained suspect was damaged by the public documents used by the public office that thrown away the above written confirmation of the suspect’s body without any reason.

On April 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 13:45, the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu bus stops in front of the bus stops located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seoul on April 20, 2017. “The Defendant gets a smoking and a happy inside the city bus; (b) the security guards belonging to the Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho Police Station G patrol box dispatched to the site after receiving a report of 112, and (c) the Defendant 1 goes home with the bus any longer and returned to the Defendant.
