A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On August 9, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car at around 07:25, and proceeded at a speed of about 50km from the surface of the export tower to the c market heading on the surface of the export tower with three-lanes.
