1. The Defendants jointly and severally committed against the Plaintiff KRW 200,100,000 and Defendant A from December 18, 2017.

Description of Claim

The Plaintiff entered into a supply contract with Defendant A fisheries partnership and supplied the pertinent goods to the above Defendant by December 17, 2017. The said Defendant did not pay to the Plaintiff the total amount of KRW 200,100,000,000,000 for the goods to be transferred to the Plaintiff up to the day.

On the other hand, around August 15, 2017, Defendant B prepared a loan certificate with Defendant A Fisheries Partnership and the Plaintiff to pay the price for the goods unpaid.

Therefore, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the total amount of 200,100,000 won and damages for delay.
