A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Seized evidence 1 to 4 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On July 8, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court's Dong Branch Branch on July 8, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence at Busan Correctional Institution on August 23, 2016.

1. From March 5, 2017 to May 6, 2017, the Defendant attempted to commit a theft, or attempted to steal another person’s property, by impairing the residence of another person five times in the same manner as indicated in the attached Table 1 of the crime committed at night, into the house of the victim D, located in the Busan Jin-gu, Busan, with a total of KRW 5,00,000, and KRW 580,000,000, and KRW 7 seal, etc., located in the ward.

2. Around 22:00 on April 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the G car center operated by the victim F of the victim F in Busan Dong-gu, Busan; and (b) took a 7,000,000 won in cash, which is owned by the victim, from the inner machine inside the inner part of the store, to intrude into the G car center operated by the victim F of the victim F of the victim F; and (c) was stolen.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the building managed by others at night, and stolen the property.

3. On March 1, 2017, the Defendant infringed upon another person’s residence by the same method seven times as indicated in the attached Table 2, from March 1, 2017 to May 8, 2017, in the victim I’s house located in the Busan Dong-gu H and the second floor, where he was aware that he stolen the property, and that he was deprived of the property, and that he was going to the house through a beradian window that was not unlocked, and that he invaded upon another person’s residence by the same method as indicated in the attached Table 2.
