The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The lower court’s sentencing is too unreasonable on the grounds of appeal.

2. It is recognized that the judgment defendant repents his mistake.

However, considering the Defendant’s age, sex and environment, motive, means and consequence of the crime, and the conditions of sentencing specified in the pleadings of this case, such as the Defendant’s age, sex, environment, motive and consequence of the crime, the circumstance after the crime, etc., the Defendant’s above assertion is too unreasonable, since it is not reasonable for the lower court to have committed the crime of this case again during the period of repeated crime for the same kind of crime.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
