1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant in violation of the Commercial Act was a director of the company B in Daegu-gun Group C, who lent the capital required for the registration of the incorporation of the said company to the company, and paid as share capital, immediately withdraw it and use it for personal purposes.

On May 16, 2016, the Defendant deposited KRW 205,000,000, totaling KRW 150,000,000 and KRW 55,000,00,000, which was established and withdrawn by means of the most payment of shares at the Nonghyup branch located in Daegu-gu Eup/Myeon, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, and then received a certificate of deposit balance from the said bank, and then registered the establishment on the same day.
