Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2014dan486] On July 3, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (marijuana) in Red Branch of the Daejeon District Court on July 3, 2008, and on July 5, 2010, the same court was sentenced to six months for the same crime, and the said suspension of the execution was revoked, and the execution of the said sentence was terminated on June 5, 2012.
1. At around 18:00 on December 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) purchased 50,000 won from D before D’s house located in Chungcheongnam-nam Budget Group C, and purchased 400,000 won from E in the insane of the trade name in Kimhae-si with E on the same day; (b) purchased 400,000 won from E to F on the insane of the trade name in Kimhae-si; and (c) immediately moved to the inslutol parking lot in Daejeon-gu, and arranged the purchase of the said phiphone by delivering approximately 0.7g of the said phiphone to D.
2. On January 201, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased approximately KRW 400,00 from the house of 405 G building E at Sinjin-si; and (b) KRW 0.7g of philopon.
3. The Defendant injected approximately 0.07 g of philophones into water at the date, time, and at the place described in the foregoing Paragraph 2, and administered them by means of injection with the Defendant’s selling blood cells using a disposable injection device.
4. On February 24, 2014, at around 17:00, the Defendant: (a) received 400,000 won from D in front of the Red Medical Center located in Hong-gun Hong-gun, Hongsung-gun; (b) purchased 400,000 won from E in front of the mutually unclaimed gas station in the same military H on the same day at around 19:30,000; and (c) purchased 0.7g of the opon; and (d) delivered approximately 0.7g of the opon to D from the I parking lot located in H on the same day at around 19:40 on the same day.
5. Around 22:00 on February 24, 2014, the Defendant administered approximately 0.07g of philopon in the house E of the G Building 405, in water, in a way that the Defendant injected the Defendant’s arms into the blood cells using a single-use injection device.
6. On March 2014, the Defendant is located in Asan City, Asan-si, Asan-si, 02:00.
